Commercial and HOA properties are served as well, and that work is always quoted in person.

Yes. Glass House carries $2M in general liability insurance. The business is owner-operated, so Carson Brenny does the work himself on every job, with no crews or subcontractors, and the person working on your property is the person accountable for the result.
