I’m Carson, the owner and operator of

As a local owner operated business, my goal to provide you with communicative, timely, and mindful services with my experience, that respect you and your property every time. If you have feedback, it is always greatly appreciated.
I built this company around one simple motto, which has allowed me to understand homeowners better than the rest: Transparency & Care, Priced Fair.

My Roots
I never dreamed of being a window cleaner growing up, however six years ago one of my best friends had gotten into the trade. Being that I wasn't in school, and was sick of lawn care, I ended up joining him.
The silly part was, I was absolutely terrified of heights, but refused to quit.
I overcame this by using my fear as a strength. In those moments it served as a loud reminder that I was only ever going to be as capable as I allowed myself to be.
That, along with one of my Dad's favorite phrases "If there's a will, there's a way" taught me to pushed through anything. And I noticed that each time I did, I came out with more ambition on the other side.
I committed to the trade at that point, and dove in head first.
After a few years of caring for people, iconic properties, and training others how to do the same- I had the opportunity to work directly under the owner and learn the management, sales, marketing, and admin side of the business.
I loved this point of my career, I was ambitious, hungry, and learning. This made working with the owner perfect, and we were able to grow the business dramatically.
Four years into it, I was still wanting to learn more, and improve the experience we could provide homeowners, as well as property managers. The company I was working for wanted to move to a more efficient approach, and work towards a franchise model. I talked with the owner, my good friend- and told him I was thinking of starting my own business- not focused on efficiency, volume, or appointment times, but focused on giving home owners the highest level of care possible.
To my surprise, he actually encouraged me- and to this day we have a great relationship.
This lead me to found Glass House Window Cleaning & Seasonal Services in March of 2025 with those same goals. Through brain storming I came up with a simple motto, which is the foundation of those goals: "Transparency, & Care, Priced Fair".
To me, this motto is my promise that I will always be honest with your needs, transparent about our service processes, and communicative with what I do, how I do it, and anything I notice.
Care is at the center, and is the heart of what I do. The most important part of the process, is taking the time to understand and care for your needs.
To aid in providing the upmost care, we have professional grade safety equipment, as well as state of the art systems you won't find anywhere else in Minnesota. While other companies may have versions of what we have, our systems are the top of the line. If there was any better equipment, or processes out there, we'd have it ordered yesterday.
Through these efforts, in combination with my experience, and the good nature of Minnesotans- I was able to serve over 170 properties within the first year. It was a shock in the best way, and I am beyond excited to continue servicing North Metro homeowners, and fellow Minnesotans for many more years to come.
