Accessibility Statement
Glass House wants every visitor to be able to learn about our services, get a quote and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our commitment
Glass House Window Cleaning & Seasonal Services LLC is committed to making glasshousewc.com usable for people with disabilities. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
Pages are built with a clear heading structure, text alternatives for meaningful images, text and controls with sufficient color contrast, visible keyboard focus, and labeled form fields. Pages are designed to work at phone, tablet and computer widths without sideways scrolling.
We test key pages, including the quote form, with automated accessibility checks on phones and computers, and we fix the problems they find. When we change the site, we check the changed pages again.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site come from third parties, including the Wix booking and form tools, embedded maps and videos, and links to our social media pages. We cannot fully control how accessible they are. If any of them, or any part of the Glass House Experience, does not work well for you, a call, a text, an email or the standard quote form reaches Carson the same way.
Other ways to reach us
You never need the website to get a quote or book a service. Carson can take your request by phone or text, go over any page with you, or send information in another format.
Report a problem
If you find something on this site that is hard to use, please tell us which page you were on and what happened. We will work to fix it, and we will help you with whatever you were trying to do in the meantime.
