The Service Plan
Three visits a year, in spring, summer and fall: your exterior windows cleaned and every gutter checked and cleared at each one, from $325.50 a visit by home size. Each visit costs 30% less, and members take 25% off any other work.

Spring
Winter film and spring pollen come off the glass, and the gutters are checked and cleared before the summer storms.
Every spring, summer and fall, Carson cleans your exterior windows and checks and clears every gutter. It is prevention: hard water etches glass that is left too long, and packed gutters send water toward your foundation. Each visit costs 30% less than booking the same two services on their own, members take 25% off any other work, and the rate never rises while you renew. Three visits are booked, the rate is set, and the gutters are checked whether or not anyone remembered to look at them.

Summer
Sprinkler spotting is cleaned off before it can bond to the glass, and the gutters are checked again mid-season.

Fall
The glass is cleaned for winter, and the gutters are cleared of fall leaves before the first hard freeze.

• Anything beyond windows and gutters: house washing, roof washing, concrete and the rest are separate, and members take 25% off them
• Homes over 6,000 sq ft, which Carson prices himself
HOW CARSON DOES IT
Nothing gets a chance to set
Each visit is a full exterior window cleaning, done exactly as it would be booked on its own, plus a check of every gutter run and a clear-out while we are already there. Hard water deposits wash off when they are fresh and etch the glass when they are not, and a gutter that never packs never sends water down your foundation. The first visit is paid up front and locks your rate for the year.

Spot streaks or workmanship spotting after we clean? Let us know within 72 hours and we'll correct the affected glass at no charge. (Doesn't cover new dirt, pollen, sap, bird droppings, hard water, irrigation overspray, or debris from dirty screens or frames.)

If we are not satisfied with the outcome of your window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, or roof washing, you will not be charged.

Flow Guarantee
All gutters and downspouts will flow by the end of service, guaranteed. The one exception is a downspout packed underground or one that would have to be taken apart — we never take them apart — which we show you and quote separately.

Workmanship Standard
If we miss an area or leave normal cleanable residue, tell us and we'll re-clean or touch it up. Our guarantees cover the cleaning result — not repairs, replacements, permanent stains, or conditions that can't be safely corrected through cleaning.
On a windows-only plan, the window guarantees apply.

Your quote shows exactly what you save against booking the three separately. Carson confirms your home’s size and exterior at the walk-around. The Works isn’t offered above 5,000 sq ft; the three services are quoted separately.

Each season begins with a 50% deposit, applied to your final invoice. Deluxe Holiday Lighting typically runs $510–$1,200 for our full service on a three-year contract, warranty and storage included. Every home is different, so Carson confirms the exact price for yours.

In Carson’s words: “Preferred days are the ones I have wide open. Nothing ahead of you means I show up in the window I promised instead of running late from someone else's job, so I would rather take 5% off than keep you waiting. Any other day still works — it just doesn't carry the extra 5%.”

What does the Service Plan include?

How is the Service Plan priced?
By the size of your home, from $325.50 a visit for homes up to 1,500 sq ft to $1,197 a visit for 5,501 to 6,000 sq ft, for a typical home of each size. Each visit is 30% less than booking the same windows and gutters on their own, and Carson confirms your size at the walk-around.
Can the plan include interior glass?
No. The plan covers the outside of the glass only. Premium Window Cleaning is the package that covers the inside, and plan members take 25% off it.

Carson prices the plan for larger homes after he sees them.
