Glass House Window Cleaning & Seasonal Services LLC (“Glass House,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Glass House is an owner-operated exterior cleaning business. Carson Brenny quotes every job and does the work himself.

Information we collect
What you give us
When you request a quote, book a service or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address and service address, the services you are interested in, how you heard about us, and anything you choose to tell us or send us about your home, such as notes and photos. We collect it when you fill out a form on our website, book online, call, text or email us, or message us on social media.
Property details for your quote
When you enter a service address on our quote form, we look that address up in public property records through a property data provider, RentCast, so we can show a ballpark price. We keep only the home’s approximate size range, number of stories and exterior type, and they are saved with your request. At the walk-around, Carson may also note details such as the number of windows, access and the surfaces to be cleaned.
Service and payment records
We keep records of your appointments, the services we performed, your quotes and invoices, and how you paid. We accept check, cash, Venmo, Cash App and Zelle. We do not take cards, so we never collect or store card numbers.
Photos of the work
We take before-and-after photos of the areas we clean, for your records and ours.
Website data
Our website runs on Wix, which automatically collects technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We use this information only to run and improve the website.
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare your quote and confirm your price; schedule and perform your service; send confirmations, reminders, arrival texts, invoices and receipts; answer your questions; follow up after the work, including a request for a review; tell you about seasonal services you may want, which you can opt out of at any time; improve our services and our website; and keep the business, tax and legal records we are required to keep.
We use business software, including automated tools, to prepare quotes, schedule work and help answer messages. Carson stays responsible for every quote and every job.
Text messaging
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Glass House may text you from (612) 294-8796 about your quote, your appointments, service updates, follow-ups and occasional service reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as each one needs to do its job for us. These include our website and booking platform (Wix), our texting provider (Twilio), our property data provider (RentCast) and Google Analytics. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Photos of our work
If we share photos of our work on our website or social media, we leave out or blur house numbers, names and other details that would identify your home. If you would rather we not share photos of your home at all, tell us and we will respect that. You can also contact us at any time to have photos of your home removed, free of charge, and we will remove them promptly.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Our website is hosted on Wix, which uses industry-standard security measures, and the keys and credentials our business systems use are stored in secure, encrypted environments.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and for as long as business, tax and legal records require.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by calling, texting or emailing us. We will delete what we are not required to keep. You can stop texts by replying STOP, and stop emails by replying to one or asking us.
If you are a Minnesota resident, you may have additional rights under Minnesota law, including the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, to the extent it applies to us.
Our services are for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies through the Wix platform and Google Analytics, for basic site functions and to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
