The Works: Complete Home Exterior Transformation at an Exceptional Price
Updated: Oct 11
Looking for one visit that takes care of your whole home exterior? The Works, Glass House Window Cleaning's flagship package, combines Basic Window Cleaning, House Washing and Gutter Cleaning into the ultimate exterior refresh, for less than booking each service separately.
What's Included in The Works
The Works is our flagship exterior package. It includes three services, done in one visit and in the order that keeps clean surfaces clean:
Basic Window Cleaning: every accessible exterior pane, cleaned by hand or with pure water, plus a courtesy wipe of the exterior frames and sills. Please take your screens out before we arrive.
Gutter Cleaning: gutters cleared by hand, blown out or flushed, then flushed with the downspouts to confirm the water runs. The debris is bagged and hauled away.
House Washing: a no-pressure soft wash of the siding, soffits, fascia and eaves that kills algae and mildew at the root.
Why Choose The Works
The Works offers exceptional value and convenience:
One Price for All Three: The three services together cost less than booking each one separately.
Complete Transformation: Your entire home's exterior will be completely revitalized in one service visit.
Convenience: Schedule one appointment instead of multiple services.
Professional Results: Carson Brenny, the owner, does every part of the work himself, and Glass House is insured to $2M.
Streak-Free Guarantee: spot streaks or workmanship spotting after we clean, let us know within 72 hours, and we'll correct the affected glass at no charge.
The Works Pricing
The Works is priced by the size of your home. On siding, it is $725 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, $1,025 for 2,001 to 3,000 sq ft, $1,315 for 3,001 to 4,000 sq ft and $1,550 for 4,001 to 5,000 sq ft. On stucco, brick, stone or masonry, the same sizes are $1,088, $1,538, $1,973 and $2,325. Carson confirms your home's size and exterior at a quick walk-around. The Works is not offered above 5,000 sq ft; the three services are quoted separately.
