Your deck is one of the most used and most exposed surfaces on your property — and different materials demand different care. Whether you have composite, natural wood, cedar, or Trex decking, we adjust our approach to ensure a safe, effective clean without risking damage to the surface or finish. Our eco-friendly, insurance-approved soft wash method uses low-pressure application and surface-specific cleaning solutions to lift dirt, algae, mildew, and organic buildup while preserving the integrity of your deck. Cancellation Policy
The scope of all online booking are subject to in person verification before job start, to ensure the scope, and pricing of your service is accurate. Any price changes are ran by the property owner, and confirmed before the job start. To schedule an appointment we require a card on file. All invoices must be paid at the time of job completion. In the case an invoice is unpaid for more than 7 days it is deemed past due. Notice will be provided via email, SMS, or Phone Call. Past due invoices incur a $50 late fee if left unpaid, the late fee will be added every 7 days after the initial late fee was enacted if left unpaid. All invoices not paid for more than 30 days, are subject to having their card on file charged. All past due invoices after 30 days are subject to being taken to small claims court if payment cannot be collected. Cancellation notice must be given more than 24 hours before your appointment, if you cancel without a 24 hour notice, there will be a $50 cancellation fee (This fee does not apply to those needing to reschedule.).
