Carson Brenny
If I could tell you anything about myself, it's that I care about doing right by others. I think it comes from my Dad who always told me "If there's a will, there's a way".
I'm not sure if he expected me to take it so literally, but sticking to that phrase has not only given me the will, but even more often it has shown me the way.

I spent the last five years maintaining thousands of homes, offices, schools, churches, and more.
Every job was different, but I was told similar things during each one.
I was always thanked, and told what a luxury it was to have this kind of work done.
I was also told "Wow, that's expensive" too many times to count, and I couldn't help but agree.

This is what led me to changing that narrative.
Our neighbors and family members here in Minnesota deserve more, and I'm ready to do more.
Each home owner should be able to put the highest quality of care into their home with services that have luxurious quality & feel, while still being affordable. Everyone should have their windows, siding, and gutters cleaned each year to stay informed, and enjoy their environment to the fullest potential, with the people they love most.

I always communicate how I plan to complete your service, how I plan to protect your property, and how your services were priced.
I want to eliminate any and all of your worries throughout this process, so you can relax.
The way I see it, a large part of my job is to inform you if I see anything that concerns me, or if there's anything I come across that that we think you need to be aware of. If I do come across something, I will never wait to tell you. I am here to not only clean your property, but to care for it. I use my knowledge and experience to do general checkups on the condition and general health of your home, in my areas of expertise.

priced fair
"Priced Fair" can mean a lot of things, but to me, it means not charging more than I have to.
I started Glass House with this idea of fair pricing in mind, and one of my main goals was to figure out how to bring incredible service at an even better rate.
The way I was able to accomplish this, was by setting myself up for success from the beginning.
By wearing multiple hats as a "One Man Show", it reduces overhead.
While some people may look at it as a ton of work, I look at it as doing what I love, and protecting what I care about. Instead of pocketing extra money I could charge like some competitors, I'd rather pass it on to anyone that wants to work with me.
