Window Services
Clean windows, tracks, sills, and screens are a luxury that should be afforded to all.
​
To clean your exterior windows, we use custom order ladders to keep us safe no matter the conditions.
They provide us great versatility when approaching any height, anywhere.
​
After ascending to your windows, we will wipe down the frames, and begin to apply our solution, which degreases your window.​
​
Then we scrub your windows by hand with super fine steel wool, and a bit of elbow grease- This will loosen up everything on the pane, at which time we squeegee all that moisture, off of the pane.
After completing that step, we take our lint free towels, and with a fine point of pressure, start to detail the edges, frame, and sill of your window, to leave you with a streak-less, perfect view.
That process is repeated on the interior windows, but before entering your home to clean, we always put on floor protectors, and lay down towels underneath the areas we are about to work in.
After cleaning the windows on the interior, we open up the windows to clean the tracks and sill. We take the same degreaser used to clean the windows, rub that on the track and sill, then we scrub, dry, and vacuum both areas. We love showing before and after pictures, and these are always one of the best!
Gutter Cleaning Services
The changing seasons in Minnesota is one of the many reasons we love this state. With the changing colors in the fall, we encourage our neighbors to keep an eye on their gutters to ensure they aren't getting clogged.
Clogged gutters can cause erosion to landscape from runoff, or even worse- allow water into your home.

We provide a gutter cleaning service, both as a line item, and included in "The Works", with a 15% discount.

Our process starts with laying down a tarp below the line of gutters we are about to clean. If the gutters are dry, we will blow out the gutters onto the tarp, and bag any debris to take it with us.
​
If the gutter is wet, we put on gloves and clean out your gutters by hand, bagging the debris as we go. At the end of any gutter cleaning service, we flush the downspouts with water, and check the airflow with a leaf blower to ensure they're clear.

​We will always show you pictures of what your gutters looked like before, and after the service to ensure your satisfaction, while keeping you informed.
House Washing Services
Spring in Minnesota can be messy, and with how humid our summers get, it creates the perfect environment for spiders, algae, lichen, mold, mildew, dust, and dirt to join forces and coat our homes each year.

To clean each of these things, we use a technique called "Soft-Washing".
​
Soft Washing is a eco-friendly wash, that allows us to restore your siding, or roofing to being as beautiful as it can be.
To do this without damaging your property, we use a pressure washer, and use PSI similar to what you'd use to wash a car and not damage the paint.
​
We connect our pressure washer to your home's water, then we will begin to rinse any greenery in proximity to what is being serviced with that water.
​
This ensures that all plant life is protected. Being a team of two, we have the time and resources and rinse your greenery continuously as an additional precaution. This eliminates the chance of any plant life absorbing any of our solvent, and potentially wilting.
​
We then connect our solvent to the pressure washer, and start applying it onto your siding. We let that solvent work it's magic for up to 30 minutes on your siding, breaking down the dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and cobwebs in that area.
All that's left to do after the chemical does it's job is rinse it off, reveal the beauty of your siding, and show you the result.
