Our Cleaning Process For "The Works"

• First we confirm scope, access, and the problem areas to start. (so each service is taken care of the right way)

• After the scope is confirmed, we head inside, wearing protective equiptment to minize mess, and protect your home while we remove the screens. Then we move them outside for cleaning.

• Once the screens are removed, it's time to clean. You'll see us climbing up to the gutters, removing the debris either by hand or with a blowout. After your gutter line is flowing properly, we clean up the areas below, and bag debris as needed for a mess-free clean.

• When proper flow is confirmed in your gutters, we begin the House Washing for your siding, soffits, and eaves. This Eco-Friendly service protects your siding from harm, while getting rid of algae, lichen, mildew, mold, cobwebs, dirt, and other debris. We achieve this by letting chemicals do the work, while minimizing pressure to avoid stripping any surfaces around your home.

• After we rid your home of Algae, Dirt, Cobwebs, and Other Debris, we move on to cleaning the windows. We start with the exterior, gently cleaning the frames, scrubbing and cleaning the glass, and detailing the edges for a streak, and drip free finish.

• The exterior cleaning is now wrapped up. Next we clean the interior windows and tracks in one sweep. Scrubbing, squeegeeing, and detailing the glass, then opening we open each window. While the window is open, we wet scrub, brush, and wipe the tracks clean with microfiber cloths to make them shine again. We vacuum any debris that makes it's way inside, and always put down floor protection when cleaning on the interior.

• To finish up with the interior, we soak the screens outside with soap, brush them using soft bristles, then we dry them with microfiber cloths, ensuring all dust, cobwebs, and other debris are removed, before we begin reinstalling the screens, to wrap up your service.

• Once we all the screens are reinstalled, we take a final walk through. During this we're making sure all windows, gates, and other access points are locked, and double checking that your outcome looks amazing.
