Deluxe Holiday Lighting — Twin Cities (Minneapolis • St. Paul • Suburbs) Turn your home into the neighborhood showpiece with our Deluxe Holiday Lighting Package. We handle everything from a custom design and exact measurements to pro installation, seasonal maintenance, and careful spring takedown + labeled storage — ladder-free, stress-free, and built to last. What you get: a custom design with multiple options, 50% deposit to order and custom-build your strands, concierge scheduling, free in-season bulb replacements, careful spring takedown and tote storage with your name, and optional garland/greenery (real or artificial). We use deluxe C9 LED bulbs on rooflines and large trees, professional-grade LED mini strands for shrubs and landscaping, and offer both inside/outside tree wraps. Want something unique? We’ll special-order it to match your style. Pricing & Plans: $5.50/ft (100-ft minimum, $550). One-time installs available — most homeowners choose our 3-year contract and save 15% each year. Cancellation Policy
1. Custom Design & Approval We measure your home and create a fully custom design. You approve it before we order materials. 2. Deposit & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to order your lights. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation. 3. Ownership Once paid in full, the lights and décor are yours for the season, however we own the lights. By owning the lights, we can provide you a full service. It allows us to effectively give warranties if a bulb goes out during the season, and provide easy storage year round- leaving you totally hassle free. 4. Season-Long Maintenance If a bulb or strand fails during the season, we’ll replace it at no cost. 5. Takedown & Storage We remove and carefully wrap your lights in spring, then store them in a labeled tote for next season. 6. Cancellations If you cancel after your deposit is paid, the deposit is forfeited. 7. Multi-Year Option Choose our 3-year plan and get 15% off each year. Early cancellation voids the discount. 8. Safety & Liability We’re insured and work carefully, but we’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or outlet issues. Please ensure exterior outlets work before installation.
