Gutter Cleaning

House Washing

Window Cleaning
"The Works" starts off by cleaning your gutters. This is done via blowout from the roof, however if the gutter has standing water, or if it is raining, the gutters are cleared by hand. No matter which way your gutters get cleaned, the debris will be bagged, and taken with me- and you will be provided with before & after pictures. This allows you to see how much debris accumulates between services, allowing you to prep, and schedule services more efficiently for your unique situation.
Next in "The Works", comes Eco-Friendly Safe & Soft Washing for your siding, soffits, and eaves. Soft Washing is a process that involves a pressure washer. However, unlike Pressure Washing where high amounts of Pressure is used to clean- Soft Washing uses similar PSI to what you'd use to clean a car to not damage the paint, ensuring your siding, soffits, and eaves do not get stripped, or damaged. Soft Washing uses Eco-Friendly chemicals that target algae, lichen, mold, mildew, dust, black algae, cobwebs, and more- to do the heavy lifting. Instead of blasting off debris, a solvent is applied to the siding, soffits, and eaves of your home. After the solvent sits, it is rinsed off, leaving sparkling results. To protect all your environment & landscaping, all areas within the scope of work containing greenery are rinsed with water throughout this process from start to finish. This ensures that if any chemical were to get on your greenery, it is safe, and diluted to a point of no harm. Satisfaction Guaranteed!
After the Siding, Soffits, Eaves, and Gutters are clean- it's time to move onto the windows! The Works includes Interior & Exterior Window Cleaning for all of your homes windows, frames, tracks, screens, and sills. The method I use most often to clean windows is the traditional mop & squeegee, along with an abrasive and some elbow grease. This is the method used always for the interior. When cleaning interior panes-floor towels are put down, floor protectors and nitrile gloves are worn to ensure no extra dirt gets brought into your property. Screens and Tracks are mopped, brushed, and wiped. Tracks get Vacuumed as well. The exterior frames, sills, and glass is often times cleaned using a different, more modern and technologically advanced method. This method is what we call pure water cleaning. Within my Van, I have multiple reverse osmosis, deionization, and carbon filters. The entire filtration system is over $10,000, and is the best system money can buy. Currently it is the only of it's kind in Minnesota. The system takes water from any spigot which is normally 300+ PPM (PPM = Parts Per Milliliter), and purifies it, all the way to 0 PPM. The reason moisture is traditionally squeegeed from the glass, is because if the PPM is higher than 20, it will dry and leave spots behind. Without any particulates in the water however, it can dry without leaving streaks behind. This allows me to connect the pure water to a brush head that attaches to a high grade carbon fiber pole which extends up to 60 feet. This allows me to clean safely from the ground by brushing the glass, frame, and sill, and then rinse thoroughly with pure water to leave you with a perfect result, even if you're 6 stories high.
