Our house washing service uses a low-pressure soft wash method that lets the cleaning solution do the work, not force. We match the solution to your specific surface type — whether vinyl, fiber cement, stucco, brick, painted wood, or cedar — so every material is treated with the care it deserves. Landscaping and surrounding areas are fully protected throughout the process, and we document the transformation with before and after photos. PRICING Starting at $450. Cancellation Policy
The scope of all online booking are subject to in person verification before job start, to ensure the scope, and pricing of your service is accurate. Any price changes are ran by the property owner, and confirmed before the job start. To schedule an appointment we require a card on file. All invoices must be paid at the time of job completion. In the case an invoice is unpaid for more than 7 days it is deemed past due. Notice will be provided via email, SMS, or Phone Call. Past due invoices incur a $50 late fee if left unpaid, the late fee will be added every 7 days after the initial late fee was enacted if left unpaid. All invoices not paid for more than 30 days, are subject to having their card on file charged. All past due invoices after 30 days are subject to being taken to small claims court if payment cannot be collected. Cancellation notice must be given more than 24 hours before your appointment, if you cancel without a 24 hour notice, there will be a $50 cancellation fee (This fee does not apply to those needing to reschedule.).
